- What counts as a seat?
- Each learner and manager uses one seat. Owners, admins and designers are always free. Add or remove seats any time and we prorate the change. Annual billing is 10 months for 12.
- Do I need an instructional designer?
- Not on your payroll. Our instructional design team builds courses from your documents, sets up the platform and launches it with you. Prefer to do it yourself? Start from a template or paste a document and Shiftskill drafts the course. Nothing is published until you approve it.
- What kinds of training is Shiftskill for?
- Any. New-hire onboarding, product and sales training, health and safety, compliance, skills and more. Templates for common needs are included, and our team builds the rest from your own material.
- Where is my data stored?
- With Amazon Web Services, backed up nightly. You can export everything, any time.
- Can I bring my existing SCORM courses?
- SCORM 1.2 and 2004 import is on the V1 roadmap. Tell us what you have when you join the pilot and we'll help you migrate.
- What if it isn't a fit?
